Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role is essential in driving the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and products in a manufacturing environment. a strong background in electrical engineering focusing on manufacturing applications. The ideal candidate will have as well as hands-on experience with CAD software and design for manufacturability, along with leveraging their technical expertise to enhance production processes and improve the quality and efficiency of electrical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that electrical components meet both performance and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in production, conducting tests to validate designs, and ensuring all electrical systems are optimized for safety and reliability. This position not only requires a strong technical foundation but also excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with design teams to integrate electrical systems into new products.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and tests on electrical designs and implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems in the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements for electrical systems.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for electrical designs and modifications.
  • Assist in the training and mentorship of junior engineers and production staff on electrical systems.

Qualifications

  • 2-year degree preferred, with previous experience in design, drafting, project management or electrical-related environment.
  • The ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2014 or higher working principles, practices and procedures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Database drawing storage software.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, systems, and layout design principles.
  • Experience with PLCs, control systems, and automation
