In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping record of our fleet's telematics data, ensuring our vehicles operate at peak efficiency. You will support our fleet management operations by monitoring vehicle performance, tracking maintenance schedules, and providing valuable insights that help our organization make informed decisions. Responsibilities

  • Set up and remove new drivers and terminated drivers, from the GeoTab system as required
  • Set up and remove drivers from the Penske Driver Management App
  • Work within the GIR (home fuel) system and pull monthly IFTA fuel reports
  • Email daily Unassigned Driving Events (UDE’s) to appropriate Warehouse Managers (WHM) and Regional Driver Supervisors (RDS) to determine validity
  • Enter paper logs into the GeoTab system supplied by drivers/managers
  • Run reports and scorecards for all DC and Warehouse locations and email to appropriate manager
  • Setup and coordinate ELD installs and removals (new installs on new trucks, removal from old trucks and also to repair malfunctioning ELD units)
  • Run reports on ELD HOS violations and forward to appropriate RDS and/or managers
  • Track ELD HOS violations
  • Run Driver Scorecards and forward to appropriate RDS and/or managers
  • Trouble shoot ELD issues and I-Phone connectivity issues and contact Live support in GeoTab and Descartes to remedy issues
  • Do monthly IFTA and Fuel mileage reporting, contact appropriate managers to remedy issues and forward to outside entities for final approval.(Vusion reporting)
  • Comdata reporting
  • Perform all other job duties as assigned
