In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that every candidate feels welcomed and valued from their very first interaction with our company. Your duties will involve scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records, all while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere. You will work closely with the recruiters to assist in scheduling interviews for the best talent for our organization and contribute to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities

  • Schedule internal and external interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with applicant testing and interview coordination.
  • Support job posting updates, including templates and descriptions.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and provide receptionist backup as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality work and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and staff.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
