This position is responsible for managing customer surveys and questions related to the company’s compliance and regulatory practices and performance. This includes collecting, organizing and maintaining relevant information, preparing responses, and keeping records of communications. Topics typically include environmental (e.g., emissions), social (e.g., labor and safety), and governance (e.g., business conduct) matters. Given the potential legal implications of these requests, all activities are conducted under the supervision of legal counsel.
