Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Analyst/Admin to join our dynamic team.

As a primary point of contact for Salesforce user support, you will resolve day-to-day user issues,

answer questions, and provide timely assistance to ensure smooth operation of the platform across the organization.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous administration and optimization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our organization. You will serve as a key liaison between various departments, including sales, marketing, and support, working to streamline processes and enhance user experience within the Salesforce platform. With your analytical mindset and technical skills, you will analyze workflows, create reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for improving business processes. In addition to managing user access and security settings, you will be expected to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions, fostering a culture of empowerment around Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Create and modify custom objects, workflows, and reports to align with business needs.
  • Conduct regular system audits and data clean-up to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system configuration, processes, and training materials.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in conducting user training sessions and creating training materials.
  • Proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Comfortable working at both tactical and strategic levels
  • Aptitude for identifying business problems and providing solutions
  • Agenda preparation and leading effective meetings when needed
  • Proficient in multi-tasking
  • Detail oriented
  • Advanced analytical mindset with above average data analysis competency
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Willingness to be coached and to self-educate

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent level of education, training and experience may be considered.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or CRM administrator Certification is a plus.
