• Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure the team's tasks are completed efficiently.
• Work closely with senior staff to understand distribution procedures and protocols.
• Support the training and onboarding of new warehouse employees in their respective roles.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization and arrangement of stock in the warehouse.
• Help with the preparation and verification of outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with staff to resolve any issues that arise during daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with others.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management activities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehousing is a plus but not required.
